It’s Peloton Instructor Matt Wilpers. I’m here to talk about fitness and Power Zone training.
For those I have not met yet, I started with Peloton in 2016 in NYC and now teach cycling, running, rowing, and (sometimes) strength for runners. As a former accountant, pre-med student, and D1 athlete, I love the numbers and helping everyone have some fun while we train with purpose.
This is why I brought Power Zone Training to Peloton. Proof it’s really me here.
