Pumping and Nursing

Experienced mamas, please help. 7 week old twins here, born at 35 and 6. I am struggling!

Give me the rundown on how you made nursing and pumping work. I HAVE to supplement with bottles right after they nurse, or else they will be hangry. They don’t suck super well and their mouths are still a little small to get a good latch with enough of my areola in their mouths to efficiently drain my boobs.

But then, how do you have time to pump? Even with my mom cozy m5 that I can wear, I barely have a second to pop them on. When I do, I almost always spill milk, because I have a baby to bend over and tend to.

Thank god for formula, but I would like to figure this out without having to supplement.

OH, and I suck at getting them latched well when tandem nursing. So tips for that would be phenomenal. Nursing them one right after the other is easier, but then I am always nursing and I can only accomplish that if someone else is here to tend to the other baby.

Sorry if this comes off desperate and whiny, but I really am desperate and I feel like whining lol.
