Future battery / power station recs. Or sales

I grabbed jackery 300 and 500 over course of 2 years and never understood that they were limited to the charging rate. Carrying a 12v fridge I'd run thru 40% of the jackery 500 on a hot summer night.

I'm probably going to ditch the 500 and pick up a new power station enough to run the fridge reliably over 3 days while driving 3 to 4 hrs a day , charging some fans for the tent and smaller items / consumables. Maybe a 12v blanket toale the kidsore confortable

Any recs between bluetti ecoflow or other ? Or potential up coming sales or eBay rebuilt at a good value ?

I'd probably buy the bluetti charger. But had also bought a DC to to DC charger 12/24/20, a relay and xt60 last summer. See if I can make that work...
