I Really Need Help, please! - Global (Non-US) Contributors on Math or Coding Experts

Since the dashboard updates around last Wednesday (Jan 22), everything disappeared from my projects and tasks.

I am a Math Expert, based in Brazil, and I had applied for Math Expert Global (Non-US).

Now, nothing comes to me anymore, and I was still in the project group in the community on Discourse. I asked my QM, and she said that my region (Brazil, in this case) is blocked from receiving any projects or tasks, at least within the Math Expert role.

I’ve tried support in every possible way, and they always assume I’m just another person complaining about EQ, but that’s not it. In fact, another colleague, also from Brazil and also a Math Expert, is going through the same thing, and we’re both left stranded.

Curiously, in the open opportunities, there’s the same Math Expert role for Brazil and Brazilian Portuguese. But I can’t apply because I already have an account.

Another possibility for me would be to try applying for Coding since I’m an engineer and programmer. But it’s the same situation: I can’t apply for new open roles because I already have an account.

Support tells me to update my resume to receive new opportunities for Skills now in the new Skills area of the dashboard, but it doesn’t help at all! Nothing shows up, and even my Math Expert status doesn’t change.

I’ve also thought about deleting my account and starting over to apply for this open role for Brazilians in Math, but from what I’ve read in the FAQs, if I do that, I’ll never be able to create an account again.

I’ve already dedicated so much time, work, and effort to this! I don’t want to swim only to drown at the shore.

If anyone has any guidance or support to help me, I’d be immensely grateful! I’m already getting anxious about all of this, thinking that everything I’ve dedicated myself to so far is lost.
