Looking for a promethazine alternative to take with oxy

Im in europe swiss/france and will be in the Netherlands in a few days too. What are some OTC promethazine alternatives i could pick up? I usually dont have issues taking oxy but when i take higher doses i usually end up throwing up. What could I take with it to prevent this?
