Advice on dating an oncology nurse

I’ve been talking to this oncology nurse for a few weeks now and things are getting pretty serious. I really like her and I want this relationship to work out between us. I know nursing is a stressful job so it won’t be easy but I’m ready to make this work. I’m a normal 9-5er in data and currently WHF. She currently works 3 day shifts on a varying schedule.
