Hoarse voice! Advice please

My baby is 3 days old and since yesterday morning we've noticed that at the beginning of her cry it sounds very hoarse and squeaky for the first like 10 seconds or so. It sounds like her vocal cords are strained or something. It wasn't like this when we were at the hospital. She was spitting up a lot at first so wondering if she has a sore throat from all the spit up? Otherwise, she seems totally okay. Anyone else have this? We have a doctor's appointment but I'm so anxious about something being wrong.
