Need a place for dinner in mumbai.

Okay so my Girlfriend has a layover in mumbai during new year and i want to take her for a proper dinner so i want to know some good places i can go to with her. There’s no budget so you guys can recommend me any of your best restaurants. Till now we have been to cafes only and We want to have a proper dinner together on the New Year. I would be glad if you guys help me out in this. Any place except malad side as there’s a lot of traffic bcoz of constructions going on there. Edit - would love if you guys suggest some dark and silent environment like candle light dinner ( candles are not a need just a reference how the environment should be)
