Reaching calories and protein
Any tips on reaching calorie goals and protein goals? I’m on my 3rd week and I’m yet to have a day where I reach my 1700 goal of cals and 120g goal of protein. I just too full all the time or don’t want to eat. But I don’t want to under eat and want to keep my body strong. Any small foods that are high protein and cals? (I’m plant based / vegan)
