Macedonia Day 3 Impressions (End)

Tomorrow will back from Macedonia, and I kinda wish I could've stayed longer. People were super friendly—maybe because I'm a foreigner? The food was cheap, living was decent, but yeah, the air quality and trash were noticeable. Still, nothing too bad.

Saw a lot of stray dogs in the park, and it was honestly heartbreaking. Some were limping, others were trying to play with birds, but the birds just flew away, leaving them alone. If I had stayed longer, I might’ve tried to take care of some or even bring them back to Korea.

Making friends with Macedonians was harder than I expected. I know it's not common to make friends randomly on the street, and it's the same in Korea, but I still kinda regret not connecting with anyone.

Also, didn’t expect to see pieces of the Berlin Wall all over Skopje. Only noticed while wandering around the city—pretty surreal.
