conexus medstaff or medpro healthcare staffing for international medical laboratory technologist

I have signed up with two international agencies for international medical technologist. I have passed both my ASCPi and IELTS exams, I'm also in the process of obtaining my CGFNS visa screen. I'm just torn up between these two agencies. Medpro pays slightly better compared to conexus, I think that's the only major difference I've seen. If anyone has previously worked with either of these two, I would like one to share with me their experience.
