Why am I sick every moment I’m alive??

For as long as I can remember I've constantly been getting sick.

Not from the flu or anything, just random unidentified miserable symptoms. It makes it hard to do anything.

I just want to live a normal life. I'm so over it. I looked into it on my own a few months ago and the closest thing I could find was somatic disorder (I think is the name).

I'm a unmotivated depressed person. I never have energy so it's hard to just power through something. I don't know what kind of doctor I'd even start at. What do I do???
