Should I be worried

Okay so I’m 14 and I feel like just recently this very small kinda like firm but also soft bump popped up on my neck only been there for like 2 days, it is more firm than soft and it’s like small like you can’t see it on a camera like it doesn’t stick out of my skin but like when I touch it feels like big even though it’s not and it also feels kinda like a pimple but I’m just scared
