Oso burrito help

I moved away from Lincoln around a decade or so ago to come home to St. Louis. As big as the food scene is here, there isn't anything like Oso burrito was in its prime and I'm dying to have one of their creative burritos.

I know it is a shot in the dark, but is there any former employee or anyone in the know who could tell me how they made the chickpea/potato mixture and the curry sauce and/or the honey stung chicken? They were too good to let the recipes fade away to history.
