Weird chest sensation

anyone else dealing with chest tightness like if you’re panicking ? my hr is slightly elevated to like 105 when this happens, but then lowers. also like weird warm and somewhat pinching sensation?? i have bad health anxiety so im debating on going to the ER if this feels the same tmr.
