Lego force awakens And Lego marvels avengers DLC now free

Apparently, the DLC for Lego force awakens is now free at least in Canadian PSN PS3 stores, Though when you go to click On them, it says “this continent can’t download them right now” Same with the Ant-man level and Spider-Man packs for Lego marvels avengers?
