Amazon SDE Online Assessment waive offer

So I received an invitation to do an Online Assessment for a role 'Software Engineer Development' on the Prime team (I think in the Sports division). Having neurological disabilities, I requested a time extension for the Online Assessment and submitted a 504 Document as proof. The DLS Applicant Candidate Accommodation Team responded saying the following:

"While we can’t manipulate the time allotted for online assessments (they are controlled by a third party), we can have the assessment waived and a phone screen scheduled in lieu of it, would that work?"

Is there a catch to this? I replied for clarification before I can make a decision. Does this mean they are offering me to bypass the assessment and go directly to the interview stage? Will the both the behavioral and coding interview difficulty be increased (the position is for Early Career)?

Should I go for it?
