I think we need an item like this

Name of item : Hermes might

Stats: 60% attack speed 10% move speed

Unique passive: attack speed becomes unlocked and user can go beyond 2.5 attack speed

Cost: 2800g

Especially now with lethal tempo removed, I feel like this would make a fine addition.

This would not be an early game cheese as it Many champs can use it late game for ridiculous attack. Usually people build guardian angel or a defensive item, but this would be a good offensive option. Any suggestions?
