lethality briar has been overpowered for far too long

clearly the last batch of nerfs were not enough and the champion still performs better using lethality items than bruiser items by a large margin. all 3 lethality mythics are higher winrate than her most built bruiser mythic by 3% (lolalytics em+)

the attempts at nerfing her have been unsuccessful and they have damaged her intended bruiser builds more than they damaged her lethality builds, with the exception of 13.24 which was a batch of nerfs purely dedicated to nerfing the lethality builds, and even that patch did decent damage to her stridebreaker conqueror builds
