Help a girl out with her solo trip

I will staying in Kolkata for 30 days in July-August.

I have been to Kolkata at least 5 times before and seen all touristy places, the ones that every tourists visit.

What are the other places I must see this time? Suggest me some:

1. Museums, art galleries, archaeological sites.

2. Temples, monasteries, synagogues, mosques.

3. Libraries, bookstore, book clubs.

4. Cafes, Bars, Street food.

5. Any places that host creative workshops like pottery.

6. Theatres, cultural spaces

7. Old shops, places to collect souvenirs and ephemera.

8. Places to chill in silence.

9. Places to meet new people.

10. Any underrated places or places where I can learn about the city’s culture.

I know it’s a lot but I love Kolkata and would love to know more about it.
