Checkout Card baby blanket I made for my librarian bestie moo

Since this made the front page I figured I better put it in the actual knitting sub haha. I improvised this, but due to demand I'm writing up the pattern. The yarn is Plymouth Encore, which is 75% acrylic so steam blocked rather nicely. This was my first time trying both vertical and flat stranding. This piece took me exactly a week, almost down to the hour, and finished measurements are 26" by 32".
