EPUB files are not showing in my Kindle

Recently my Kindle is not showing the books (EPUB) which in sending to it from my device. It says "file delivered and it'll show in few minutes." But even after days, there's no new book in it. And it stopped syncing to my laptop as well albeit whisper sync is on on both devices.
