What's a solid keyboard <£100

My 10-year-old Microsoft (Business 600) keyboard is pushing the limits of its durability and I've been meaning to upgrade for a while. I would like a mechanical keyboard (w/ num-pad) that's solid for both gaming and programming, but I've been put off with all the options and the fact that someone always appears to have something significantly negative to say about the sub-£100 ones on all the review sites.

It's a sticky situation, because they're all so obnoxiously expensive and I don't really want to spend around £100 unless I know I'm getting a solid keyboard that will last at least 5 or 6 years of relatively heavy use. I've never had a proper keyboard before, so I'm not sure what to expect from the different button types. All I know is that I despise membrane/non-mechanical with all of my being.

I'm not too fussed about RGB, but equally am happy to have it. Don't mind whether it's wired or wireless. My main priority is just something that's nice to type on and won't ruin my wrists if I'm at the PC typing/gaming for a several hours at a time.

Update: Keychron is good
