loud sounds!??!

so i know i made a post a few days ago with this exact same question and i was the only one, and im starting to wonder if im either going crazy or perhaps have some problems with my house....

but did anybody else just hear a large explosion downtown? sounded larger than the normal fireworks that we're used to?
