Feeling oddly itchy where face is still numb post-op

It’s the weirdest feeling. In the areas of my face (chin/lower & upper lip/around nose) where I’m still feeling numb/have altered sensation, I feel itchy?? However, it’s not really an itch I can scratch if that makes sense? It’s like under the skin? Apparently people have experienced this before and it’s a sign the nerves are regenerating, but it’s such a trip. Anyone else had this experience?
