Rental Tax Creit

Hi,

I applied for my rental credit Wednesday 29th if Jan, got my statement of liability on Thursday 30th and it says on it under the PAYE that it’s balanced?

I haven’t received anything else from the revenue and no cash into my account. I filled out all the info just wondering should it say I’m owed it on the statement of liability or anything?
