128gb vs. 256gb for 15+?

I'll be upgrading from XR to 15+ but don't know which storage to go with.

I've used 43gb out of my 64gb in 4 years. I'm leaning towards 128 since I like to clear my photos every year to google photos anyway. But seeing as how I'll be using this for the next 4-5 years 256 might be more future-proof?

I think I'll be taking more photos. Video wise I'd probably do less than a minute each at 1080 30-60fps. I don't download videos and have all my music on spotify.
