Haggling for a second hand bike

I have my eyes on a triumph 400. It is listed by a dealer for 2.25 l . How can i haggle and bargain it down ?

It is 2023 model 5k kms done . (Are those genuine kms, can i cross check with showroom)

Good price as per me is 2 l. Shall i start at 1.9l ?

What is your experience dealing with dealers ?
