What should i do to receive my 1st payment?

Like my 30 days already passed I have complained Multiple times to Cc but they are just Giving reasons its under review processing wait for some time we can't give you timeline Also mailed Grievance team they asked me to wait till 5th Feb and case is under senior staff My 3rd month is half completed daily doing this bullshit for my refund of 1st month They are not helping please guide how to get money
