Dr snodgrass intro email - weird?

Hello! My son, 5 months, has very mild hypospadius to the point of his pediatric urologist barely noticing. We have a surgery scheduled for 10/31, but my gut is telling me to do more research.

We live in New York but I called Dr snodgrass’s office today to set up a consult. I got this email and maybe I’m just feeling over sensitive, but it reads off to me.

People who have worked with him before, is this a normal email?
