Can a physical therapist diagnose hypermobility/HEDS?

Hey guys… Im not gonna go into too much detail as i am very exhausted .. I am just wondering if a PT can diagnose, or at least preform the beighton scale test? I’m not sure what to do .. By the way, I am in Canada. (Ontario)
