Proper name for exhaust vent.

I'm in the maintenance department and hvac is not my primary responsibility. Our hvac guy is gone. What type of exhaust vent is this called? I've tried google for reverse image search but no luck. And every other vent I search is not like this one. We have 4 other units that's missing these vent/ exhaust cover and I need to order replacements. Thank you in advance!
