6 Month old Trane XV20i Heat Pump keeps throwing these codes.

Installer’s second unit and now this unit has been throwing these codes since November ‘24. Finally decided to shutdown. They were on call with Trane for a whole day and want to try again. Saying they think it’s the communication board, but code is for drive unit failure. Any recourse I can take? It was an expensive job I paid for, paired with a variable speed Trane air handler too. TIA!
