Will my rabbit foot fern be fine with this lighting setup?

It’s placed in a north facing window, but I feel like the frosting on said window makes it really hard for any sort of light to get through. With the days getting dark earlier, I’m afraid she may not be getting the light needed. Is this a good solution?
