Notifications on android app Not sending half of the time

There's an area between 8-9pm and somewhere past midnight where I just don't get a single notification. I have multiple subreddits on frequent notifications and muliple accounts with multiple subreddits, and the rest of the day I also get notifications frequently. I checken do not disturb but that's always off. How can I solve this?

Edit: I do get notifications for stuff like dms. Just not subreddit notifications
