Resilient and Support Keepers?

Hey there,

do Keepers with the Resilient Speciality exist? I mean sure, Defenders with Resilient do exist and they could be trained as Keeper. But I don't think I've ever seen a Youth Player with the Resilient Speciality while having a Keeper Skill above Wretched.

Also, does a Keeper with the Support Speciality, which unlike Resilient I see from time to time, work and have a positive Influence on the Defenders in Front of him?
