Is the manga still going today?

I've spent like maybe an hour searching about this after having finished the first season of the anime, this will probably be the first manga I read. Is the manga still ongoing and if so where is a reliable place I can get updates about it, I would greatly appreciate the help and info. This series has already grabbed my attention and I would love to continue it, even after I finish watching the anime. Which is another question where does the anime leave off and the manga continue because I know the anime has unfortunately not been keeping up.
