What do you guys think is the saddest scene(s) in the show?

As far as patient wise scenes, I was just rewatching season 5 where this poor kid has Tay Sach’s disease and her dad is doing everything he possibly can to try and save her but in the end his realization that he can’t and he just holds his girl while he talks about them going to Mexico like they planned while she passes. That had me crying Character wise, there’s so many scenes within them that was so sad. Like Lexi’s death, but one I don’t see a lot of people talking about is Amelia talking to Owen on the porch a little after Derek dies. Caterina’s acting in that scene was phenomenal
