Planing on visiting a sauna in Paris

Been planing on visiting a sauna while Im in Paris , very nervous about it though as Ive never been. Not sure if I should visit Sun city or IDM. Tried to go to Bains when I was in the area but had no luck. Any tips or recommendation?
