Im suspecting dodgy business

The guy is worth £5million on transfermarkt. Of course not 100% reliable but he hasn’t really had any standard performances in his league to be inflated.

He is a sub in a team who sold their most promising young player for £20million to premier league.

He hasn’t got any outstanding abilities and I haven’t seen any articles stating we were competing for his signature. Nor can I find any articles linking him to other clubs in transfer season??

His agent is FB fan, not a deal breaker but also adds to the suspicion.

He is also right footed CB and wasn’t really Sanchez main partner until Jhon got injured and will be sub again. So it’s not like Sanchez has been playing with him for years?

So why did we pay £8million again??? I’m confused because this is not adding up. Smells very fishy….
