I got scammed

I was Silver 1 until Friday, so I grabbed my ps4 and started grinding. I was able reach Gold 1 with 16234 points and I wanted to open my rewards today as soon as I go into the web app I relised this shit company gave me silver 1 rewards. Any suggestions for not being scammed next time?
