Darks souls 2 or Lords of the Fallen?

Finished Dark souls 1 a little while ago and wanted to scratch a soulslikl/borne itch. Saw that both Ds 2 and LotF was on sale for basicaly the same price. Which one would you recommend and for what reason. My playstyle is usually soem sort of caster(int or faith) or caster hybrid (Favorite build is playing someone who can buff, bonk and zap)
