Any 3bd apartments under 2K???

Looking for a 3 bedroom apartment for us and our kids and can't find anything under 2K. I've been searching on Zillow and truila and the prices are outrages. Any other sites I should be looking at or is this the norm? We also tried the house route but a 3bed 2bth with no dishwasher at $2300 smh no thanks
