has a fragrance ever brought you to tears?

i’ve been extremely into fragrance for 3 years now and certainly have smelled some fragrances that inspired emotion in me. it’s one of my favorite parts of this hobby!

but tonight, i was brought to tears for the first time over a fragrance. i can’t really explain why. it was rabbit by zoologist. something about it struck an emotional chord in me and i couldn’t hold back tears. the scent itself is so nostalgic and dreamy and smells like a fairytale. it reminds me of a bunch of little rabbits in a storybook throwing a tea party in a flower garden, nibbling on little carrot cakes and cookies as a soft breeze blows between them. they’re safe from nature, safe from anything bigger than them, just in their own little dreamy world.

additionally, green apples and cinnamon remind me of my childhood. it’s a very beautiful scent and i plan on buying a full bottle of this. it’s truly happiness in a bottle for me! rabbits are also easily my favorite animal and as much as id like to be a lion or something, if i was an animal, i realistically have always thought id be a rabbit :)
