Yale GDP360 Reverse problems

Our shop's Yale GDP360 is having an issue in reverse. While in reverse, the truck will creep at idle, but any input from the throttle just revs the engine up and seemingly puts the transmission in nuetral. Happens in every gear. Been scratching my head about what would cause it, any thoughts? Bad relay or solenoid somewhere?
