What's your personal FM conspiracy theory?

Aside from the big attribute related ones we've all seen on YouTube, or that FM25 doesn't exist, w hat's your personal FM conspiracy?

Mine - preset tactics have a way bigger impact on how your team plays than instructions themselves. I swear if you take tiki taka, change all the instructions to match say, direct counter attack, your team will still play differently to just choosing the direct counter preset.
