Overfed or Just Bloated?

He’s a chunky boy and has been like that for a few days, I’ve seen a few others in the tank with big bellies but for the most part my fish are fairly slim. My old betta had constant bloating that’d never go away (even with fasting) and I’m not familiar on if tetras have the same problem.

Any fixes? Should I do a fast and if so, how long?

I’ve got six corydoras, two snails and a pleco that I can feed separately if need be.
