Home world transfer unavailable

The Home World Transfer service is currently unavailable, or the website is undergoing maintenance. Please wait and try again.

I wanted to transfer to another world server right after the release of the expansion for better ping, but the moment I tried to submit an application for the process this notice shows up saying I can't transfer as of now, I've checked if the mog station was under maintenance but the notice states that it was finished as of the 3rd december, and i think it doesn't tell anything about the server transfer being down as well.

Please do let me know when the world transfer would be available or if this issue is appearing just for me.
