Index card/ story structure app

Hi! I would think that by now I would have found an excellent online collaborative app to replicate throwing index cards up on a wall that everyone can move around as the story evolves.... but here we are. I've most often used Trello, but I don't love it. Same with Miro, though I think it is closer...

Does anyone have any recommendations?
