Cigar Delivery Dubai?

Hi, I am looking to get a box of cigars delivered as a gift to someone based in Dubai.

I've tried the websites that come up when I search Cigar delivery Dubai but none work. I am based in Europe and know no one there so I can't sort via that.

Is there a website I'm missing or a way to get them imported in? If yes are there tariffs on a box at about 200EUR value?
